This is unquestionably a most unique time in the building industry.  After years of unprecedented soaring values, the real estate market hit the wall.  All seemingly good things generally come to an end and that they did.  Now for nearly a year and a half we've experienced a correction in the marketplace.  Prices have come down and incentives have soared.  

In the midst, we've all heard why now is NOT the time to buy.  There are a myriad of reasons not to buy and in some instances they're legitimate.  Interestingly enough, we continue to see much repeat traffic in our communities.  These are people who are mulling over their desire to build their NEW dream home.  Most of us understand that when you get this bug you generally become passionate in your pursuit.  Still, we continue to hear NOW IS NOT THE TIME.  Maybe true... MAYBE NOT.

We've actually developed TWO new websites.  This one provides information on why you may want to consider jumping back into the market.  The 2nd site is a forum for open discussion, a BLOG where everyone is invited to share information and points of view.  Our theory is that we're a SOLUTIONS HOME BUILDER.  Let's lay it out there, all of the issues and obstacles and determine collectively if NOW IS THE RIGHT TIME.  For over Twenty years, Foster Communities has been overcoming obstacles and barriers and we've provided answers and solutions for over 2400 of our clients who had the dream to build a new home.

Here's our concept which involves TWO ROLES.  First, our role is to continually update the BLOG with current facts and information regarding the changing real estate marketplace.  This would include information on new legislation, new creative financing, unique methods to encourage quicker sale of your current home, etc.  Regularly, as new information becomes available we'll provide links and narratives to keep you up to date.  You'll want to visit periodically to keep abreast.  Keep in mind that we're focused along with you on facilitating the dream to build a NEW HOME.  Your role (only if you choose to participate) is to ask questions and interact with others who share your same desire to build a new home.  We encourage open discussion where you and others will have the opportunity to share valuable perspectives and true to life experiences related to building a new home, selling your existing home, obtaining financing, etc.  You will also see postings from various industry professionals.  You'll have an opportunity to ask us as the author of this BLOG questions that will be answered publicly so that other may benefit.  The ultimate target is to share information that will prove invaluable by learning from other's successes.  THIS CONCEPT WE SEE AS A HOME RUN.
